Blackbird Stealth One is built for riders who expect durability, reliability, and honesty. This policy explains how we support you if something doesn’t go as expected.

  • Returns, Warranty & Order Policies

    At Rebel Company, we take pride in the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of everything we build. At the same time, we recognise that unexpected issues can occur. The guidelines below explain how we handle returns, damages, and order-related concerns in a clear and transparent manner.

  • Chargeable Returns

    Returns are offered as a service and may involve a return shipping fee, which will be borne by the customer.

    Return shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable.

  • Missing or Damaged Product Claims

    If you receive a package with missing items or visible damage, a claim can only be processed if supported by a complete unboxing video.

    Unboxing video requirements

    • Must be recorded at the time of opening the package
    • Should clearly show:
      The sealed package
      The package being opened
      The product being taken out fully

    Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for approval.

  • Items Purchased on Sale or Discount

    Products purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Return Window

    Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

    Requests made after this period will not be considered.

  • Shipping & Delivery Timelines

    Rebel Company works with third-party courier partners for shipping.

    • An estimated delivery timeline and tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched
    • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors beyond our control

  • Cancellation & Order Alteration Policy

    • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 8 hours of being placed
    • If an order has already been packed or shipped: Refusal at delivery will be treated as a return
    • Prepaid orders refused at the doorstep are not eligible for refunds
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Repeated refusals may result in future COD orders being restricted
    • Re-delivery requests will attract additional shipping and repacking charges
  • Return Packaging Requirements

    All returned items must:

    • Be unused
    • Be in original condition
    • Include original packaging and paperwork

    Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

  • Processing Time

    Once a returned product is received and approved, processing will be completed within 10 working days.

  • Approval Requirement

    All return or exchange requests must be reviewed and approved by Rebel Company before initiation.

    Please note:

    • No returns or exchanges are available for sale or discounted items
    • Approval decisions are final and based on inspection and policy compliance
